“A recipient of a grant funded by an appropriation under this section [Pollution Control Agency] shall display on its Web site detailed information on the expenditure of the grant funds, and measurable outcomes as a result of the expenditure of funds, and submit this information to the agency by June 30 each year. A recipient without an active Web site shall report to the agency by June 30 each year detailed information on the expenditure of the grant funds, and measurable outcomes as a result of the expenditure of funds. The commissioner shall display the information received by recipients under this paragraph on the agency's Web site.” See Ch. 37, Art. 1, Sec. 3, Subd. 1 of Laws of Minnesota for 2009.

A recipient without an active Web site shall report to the board by June 30 each year detailed information on the expenditure of the grant funds, and measurable outcomes as a result of the expenditure of funds. The board shall display the information received by recipients under this paragraph on the board's Web site.” See Ch. 37, Art. 1, Sec. 5 of Laws of Minnesota for 2009.
