help children express their feelings and cope in uncertain times.  It is specifically tailored for lower elementary (K-2), upper elementary (3-5), middle school (6-8) and high school (9-12) classes.  There are twelve lesson plans for each of four age groups. The plans are arranged in three chapters: Feelings, Facts and Perspectives, and Future. The student and family oriented activities engage students in learning and offer families comfort, knowledge and disaster preparedness skills.
